Propulsion Core
JOOLA's Propulsion Core is what separates the Pro V from the Pro IV generation. It stores and returns more energy on contact, which shows up in two places players notice immediately: drives that stay flat and heavy through the court, and resets that still carry off the paddle face when you are stretched wide. The patent-pending KineticFrame throat controls the vibration that normally comes with that much power.
Elongated Shape, 16.5" x 7.5"
The Perseus is the elongated shape in the Pro V family. You get reach at the kitchen line and leverage on the serve and drive, with the 5.5" grip length that two-handed backhand players need. It rewards a player who already has a swing and wants more out of it.
14mm or 16mm
The 14mm plays faster and gives you more put-away pace from mid-court. The 16mm plays softer with a longer dwell time, which makes hands battles and third-shot drops more forgiving. Neither is the beginner option and neither is the advanced option. It is a feel preference, and most players know within one session which one they want.
