The JOOLA Hyperion Pro V is the aerodynamic paddle in the Pro V family. Same elongated footprint as the Perseus, but with the aero-curve profile that cuts drag through the swing path. If your game is built on driving the ball and getting the paddle back up in time, that difference is worth more than another gram of core.
The Aero-Curve Advantage
Head speed is the input that produces pace and spin. The Hyperion's curved edge profile reduces resistance through the stroke, so the same swing effort arrives faster at the ball. Where you feel it most is on the two-hander and on recovery: the paddle simply gets back to a ready position sooner in a fast hands battle.
Propulsion Core
The Pro V generation's Propulsion Core stores and returns more energy on contact than the Pro IV before it, and the patent-pending KineticFrame throat manages the vibration that comes with that. Textured carbon fiber face, JOOLA Feel-Tec grip.
14mm
Bolt Blue ships in the 14mm build: the faster and more reactive of the two Pro V thicknesses, with more pop from mid-court. It suits the aggressive baseline-to-kitchen player the Hyperion shape is designed around.
