Yes — all cricket bats come with the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects (typically 6–12 months depending on brand). Warranty does not cover damage from normal play, misuse, water exposure, or improper knocking-in. If you have a warranty claim, contact us and we'll work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Bat & Gear Knowledge

English willow is the professional-grade willow used by international cricketers. It's softer, lighter, and offers superior ping and a bigger sweet spot. Kashmir willow is harder and more durable — great for beginners, practice nets, and hard-tennis-ball cricket — but has less power and feel. All our premium bats ($398+) are English willow.

Bat size is based on your height. As a general guide: Short Handle (SH) for 5'6"–5'9", Long Handle/Long Blade (LH) for 5'9"–6'2", Harrow for ages 12–14 (5'4"–5'6"), and junior sizes 1–6 for younger players. Most of our English willow bats come partially pre-knocked by the manufacturer. We recommend an additional 2–3 hours of light knocking with a mallet before match use — especially on the edges and toe. We don't currently offer an in-house knocking service, but contact us if you need a recommendation for a local professional.
