We offer a 7-day return window. To qualify, items must be brand new, unused, and in original packaging.

You must report damages within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after 24 hours will be denied by the carrier.
- Take photos of the damage AND the box/packaging.
- Email them immediately to info@topcricketstore.com.
Do not throw away the box until the claim is resolved!
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Return Shipping: Unless you selected "Free Returns" coverage at checkout, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Free Shipping: If your order was processed through free shipping, when returning you will be liable to pay that original amount.
The "Plastic Wrap Rule": You cannot return a bat if the handle's plastic wrap has been removed, opened, or tampered with. Once opened, it is considered used.
Warranty: We cover manufacturer defects. We do not cover damage to toes, edges, or shoulders, or damage caused by improper preparation (lack of oiling/knocking-in).
We cannot accept returns on:
- Bats with opened plastic wrap.
- Customized items (engraved, knocked-in, oiled, etc).
- Heavy items once delivered (Bowling machines, nets, carrom boards).
- Innerwear (socks/underwear).
- Used or damaged items.
- Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days after we inspect your return.
- Exchanges: Please process a return for the unwanted item and process for an exchange through our returns policy
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You’ll also need the receipt email or proof of purchase. We always have your information in our records, so please don't worry if you can't locate your receipt. You can always ask.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 10% of the product’s price will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned products.
- The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Shipping Fee:
- We offer a free returns option at checkout. Customers who opt in to this service will receive a prepaid return shipping label. All other customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label through our returns portal.
- For items that were shipped free of charge, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cricket Bat Warranty
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Cricket Bat damages to the Toe / Shoulder blades / Edges are NOT covered under warranty by Bat manufacturers. Do not leave the bat in extreme heat and keep it protected at all times. Make sure you prepare the bat before any use with proper oiling, knocking, scuff sheet and toe guard.
Racquets Warranty
- Duration: One-year manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects.
- Covered - Cracked frames & Faulty grommets due to manufacturing defects.

Not Covered - Wear and tear, misuse, and improper handling, Damage from racket clashes, ground impacts, or non-badminton use, String breaks or improper stringing by unqualified stringers, Cosmetic issues like scratches, paint chips, or grip wear.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
- We cannot accept returns on cricket bats which haven't been knocked correctly before playing and which has your personalized laser engraving.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on innerwear, including compressions, underwear, innerwear, socks, and other similar products.
- Additionally, customized or final sale items are non-returnable.
- There is absolutely no returns on clearance items.
Exchanges
- Exchange request can be submitted through our portal.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in a few days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
