Two Paddles Plus Balls
Sized so two paddles sit flat rather than rattling around, with room alongside for balls. It wears across the body, so it stays put when you are walking in from the car and does not need to come off when you set your bottle down.
Dedicated Bottle Compartment
A separate water bottle compartment, so condensation is not running over your paddle faces. There is also an external carabiner for keys or a towel.

If you already own a Tour Elite, this is the one that lives in the car for the unplanned session. It is also the right size for a junior player who does not need to carry a full kit yet.
