Description
DSC Split 200 Junior / Youth English Willow Cricket Bat
~ Senior-style English willow in junior sizes.
The DSC Split 200 gives juniors a genuine English willow bat with the same mid-blade shape and big edges as DSC's senior Spliit range. It suits young batters who are timing the ball well and want a bat that rewards it.
DSC (Delux Sports Company) has been hand-making cricket bats in Batala, Punjab for decades, and its willow is trusted by international batters including David Miller and Usman Khawaja. Every DSC bat we sell is sourced through authorised channels and shipped from our US warehouse.
Why Players Choose the Split 200
Natural English willow
Lighter and more responsive than Kashmir willow, giving more carry from clean contact.
Mid-blade with pronounced bow
A centred sweet spot works off both feet, and the curved blade keeps the pick-up light.
Big edges at the drive zone
Traditional shaping puts wood where juniors strike the ball most.
Treble-spring handle
Absorbs shock on impact and strengthens the splice.

FAQ Section
Q1: Which sizes are in stock? Sizes 4, 5 and 6, one weight band per size. The Harrow size is listed separately.
Q2: How do I pick the right size? Use the size guide above. As a rough rule, size 4 suits ages 9-10, size 5 ages 10-11 and size 6 ages 11-13.
Q3: Does it need knocking in? Yes. Knock in the face and edges with a bat mallet for around 4-6 hours and oil lightly before using a leather ball.
Q4: Can it be used with a tennis ball? Occasionally, but English willow is designed for and lasts longest with the leather ball.
Q5: Why is the size 4 priced lower? Smaller blades use less willow, so DSC prices size 4 below sizes 5 and 6.
Q6: Where does it ship from? From our warehouse in Edison, NJ. Orders over $100 ship free in the US.
