Named for Jorg Rosskopf, the German world champion, the JOOLA Rosskopf Classic sits at the attacking end of JOOLA's pre-assembled range. On JOOLA's own 0-100 scale it rates Speed 99 and Spin 98 against Control 77, which tells you exactly what kind of player it is for.
Who Should Buy It
A player who already has a stroke and wants a bat that will not blunt it. If you loop, drive and attack the third ball, the pace is there. If you are still learning to keep the ball on the table, the Match Pro is the more sensible purchase and you can move up later.
Five-Ply Blade
A 5-ply all-wood blade with a flared handle, plus vibration-absorbing sponge inside the handle to take the sting out of hard contact. ITTF-approved JOOLA Micron rubber, smooth on both sides.
One Thing to Know
The rubbers on this bat are factory-glued and are not designed to be replaced. Treat it as a complete racket rather than a blade you will re-rubber in a year. That is normal for this category and it is why the price is what it is.
