The Hermes name, logo, and application code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
